The WE series features robust F-class insulation, with temperature rise assessed under B-class conditions. For environments with intricate power demands, our nano-insulating impregnation resin offers an elevated lifespan, making it an ideal choice.
For dependable operation, the motor is fortified with insulating materials between live components and the shell, as well as between live parts. The lifespan of these materials is intricately linked to their insulation level and operating temperature. As a transformative element, the motor experiences some energy loss during operation, resulting in temperature elevation. Under standard conditions, the insulation grade, maximum service temperature, and temperature rise by resistance method are in accordance with the table below, ensuring normal operational stability within these limits.

Bearings, as crucial components, require routine maintenance to ensure their longevity. Regular lubrication and timely replacement of worn bearings can prevent severe damage and potential motor burnouts. Under permissible loads, our bearings are designed to last: over 20,000 hours for 2-pole motors and beyond 30,000 hours for 4-pole and 6-pole motors, assuming normal operation at 50Hz and adherence to maintenance protocols.

A4: 30% T/T in advance, 70% balance when receiving B/L copy Or 100% irrevocable L/C at sight.

A6: We have CE, ISO. And we can apply for specific certificate for different country such as SONCAP for Nigeria, COI for Iran, SASO for Saudi Arabia, etc.
Q7: What warranty do you provide?
A7: One year, during the guarantee period, we will supply freely of the easy damaged parts for the possible problems except for the incorrect operation. After expiration, we supply cost spare parts for alternator maintenance.
