The WE Series comes equipped with a standard protection grade of IP55, with options available for customization up to IP56, IP65, IP66, and beyond, tailored specifically to meet diverse customer requirements.
The protective shell of the WE Series is meticulously designed to safeguard against electric shock, impede contact with live components or rotating parts within the casing, block the intrusion of solid foreign objects, and mitigate adverse effects from water and oil ingress. The protective codes and their meanings are comprehensively outlined as follows:

Cooling Method

The WE Series utilizes superior F-class insulation, with temperature rise evaluated according to B-class standards. For enhanced longevity in challenging power supply and usage environments, nano-insulating impregnation resin is available as an option.
To ensure reliable operation, the motor is thoroughly insulated between live parts and the casing, using materials whose lifespan is directly linked to their insulation level and operating temperature. As an element for energy or signal conversion, the motor incurs energy loss during use, leading to temperature elevation. Under normal conditions, the insulation grade, maximum permissible temperature, and temperature rise limit-measured through the resistance method-align with the specified table. Within these temperature constraints, the motor is designed to operate optimally.

Bearings are critical components prone to wear in motor products; their condition and maintenance are vital to prolonging lifespan. Routine maintenance and timely grease replacement are essential. Failure to replace damaged bearings can result in motor burnout. Under permissible load conditions, the motor's bearing design life is ensured to be at least 20,000 hours for 2-pole motors, and a minimum of 30,000 hours for 4-pole and 6-pole motors, considering standard operation at 50Hz and adherence to recommended maintenance.
