YBK3 series flameproof three-phase asynchronous motor for underground coal mine is axial ventilation fully enclosed self-fan cold squirrel cage flameproof three-phase asynchronous motor, which is newly designed and updated in China to replace YBK2 series. It has the advantages of high efficiency, large torque, strong overload capacity, low noise, small vibration, large temperature rise margin, good performance, convenient installation and maintenance, long service life, reasonable flameproof structure, safe and reliable use, beautiful appearance, etc.The technical level of products has reached the domestic advanced level.
The explosion-proof performance of YBK3 series flameproof three-phase asynchronous motors complies with the national standards GB3836.1-2010 "Explosive Atmosphere Part 1: General Requirements for Equipment" and GB3836.2-2010 "Explosive Atmosphere Part 2: Equipment protected by flameproof shell" d " and industry standards MT/T451-2011 "General Technical Specifications for Safety Performance of Flameproof Low-voltage Three-phase Asynchronous Motors for Coal Mines" and JB/T 9593.1-2015 "YBK3 Series Flameproof Three-phase Asynchronous Motors for Underground Coal Mines (Machine Base No. 80 ~ 355)" technical conditions, it is made into a flameproof type, and the explosion-proof mark is "Ex d I Mb".It is suitable for underground mining working faces in coal mines with methane mixture and coal dust explosion hazards.

cJunction box
The junction box is located at the top of the motor and is made into six terminals. The incoming line mode is a rubber-sheathed cable structure. Four bolt through holes connecting the box base and the machine base are arranged in the junction box. The junction box has a large space, meets the requirements of electrical clearance and creepage distance of voltage 1140V, and can also meet the requirements of convenient underground wiring operation in coal mines.The junction box has sufficient mechanical strength, and the connection between the terminal block sleeve and the box base adopts a threaded flameproof structure, which has good flameproof performance and is not easy to be damaged during maintenance, assembly and disassembly.The locking of the wiring bolt adopts a double nut locking structure, which can reduce the local heat at the connection between the external cable and the wiring bolt and improve the reliability of the connection between the external cable and the wiring bolt.According to different starting requirements, one wire inlet (suitable for direct starting of motor) and two wire inlets (suitable for Y-starting of motor) can be made respectively.
