Ingress protection
The WE series motors come equipped with a robust standard protection grade of IP55, with customization options available for higher protection levels such as IP56, IP65, and IP66, tailored to meet diverse customer requirements.
The shell's protection level is meticulously designed to prevent electric shock or contact with live parts and rotating components inside, while also effectively blocking solid foreign bodies and shielding against harmful water and oil ingress. Cooling method
Embracing F-class insulation, the WE series motors expertly manage temperature rise using B-class assessment standards. To enhance its longevity in complex environments, optional nano-insulating impregnation resin is available, ensuring superior performance and durability.
For reliable operations, it is crucial for the motor to be insulated between live parts and the shell or among live components. The insulating materials' life expectancy is intrinsically linked to their insulation level and operating temperature. As energy conversion elements, motors naturally experience energy loss leading to temperature increases. Within the specified limits of temperature rise, the motor is engineered to perform flawlessly.

Bearings, being critical and wear-prone components, require regular maintenance and timely grease replacement to extend their lifespan. Failure to replace damaged bearings may result in motor burnout. When operated within load limits, motor bearings are designed for exceptional longevity, ensuring at least 20,000 operational hours for 2-pole motors and a minimum of 30,000 hours for 4-pole and 6-pole motors, all under standard 50Hz conditions and adhering to maintenance protocols.

Q1: Is customized service available?
A1: Of course, OEM & ODM both are available.
Q2:Can I buy one as sample?
A2: Yes, of course.
Q3: How about your quality control?
A3: Our professional QC will check the quality during the production and do the quality test before shipment.
Q4: What is your payment term?
A4: 30% T/T in advance, 70% balance when receiving B/L copy Or 100% irrevocable L/C at sight.
Q5: What is your lead time?
A5: About 20-30 days after receiving advance deposit or original L/C.
Q6 What certificates do you have?
A6: We have CE, ISO. And we can apply for specific certificate for different country such as SONCAP for Nigeria, COI for Iran, SASO for Saudi Arabia, etc.
Q7: What warranty do you provide?
A7: One year, during the guarantee period, we will supply freely of the easy damaged parts for the possible problems except for the incorrect operation. After expiration, we supply cost spare parts for alternator maintenance.
