Our WE series motors boast F-class insulation, with temperature rise evaluated against B-class standards. For enhanced longevity in challenging power and usage environments, nano-insulating impregnation resin is available as an option to further extend motor life.
Ensuring reliable operation, the motor is insulated with top-tier materials between the live components and the shell, as well as between live parts themselves. The lifespan of this insulation is intrinsically linked to its grade and the operational temperature. As a vital element in energy or signal conversion, the motor experiences energy loss, leading to temperature increases. Typically, the insulation grade, maximum permissible temperature, and resistance-measured temperature rise limits align with the provided table. Within these limits, the motor performs flawlessly.

Bearings, being crucial yet wear-prone parts, require regular maintenance and timely grease replacement to ensure longevity. Failure to replace damaged bearings can result in motor failure. Under permissible loads, the motor's bearing design assures a lifespan of at least 20,000 hours for 2-pole motors and no less than 30,000 hours for 4-pole and 6-pole motors, based on normal operation at 50Hz and adherence to specified maintenance protocols.
